Fundraising Systems Manager Job. Human Asset

Our client, a leading International Non-Governmental Organization is seeking to hire an energetic and result oriented Fundraising Systems Manager who has demonstrated the ability to perform well.

The  Fund Raising Systems Manager  will work in collaboration with the International Fundraising Team, Fundraising Affiliates, Country Programs and the Digital Team to identify, design, build, support and continually improve business innovations in support of all Fundraising Streams. He/she will oversee the management of the technology and tools adopted in all Fundraising business solutions including digital platforms, mobile technology, hardware and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Organization Values Practice & Strategy Change Priorities- Establish a culture of excellence in respective team that values experimentation and continuous improvement
  • People Leadership and Management- From a systems perspective, drive and manage the Fundraising system evolution within a clear performance management framework, contributing to Performance Management assessments regarding objectives and competencies.
  • Systems Innovation and development- Work with Systems Users/Teams across the federation to deliver and sustain the vision of the organization digital fundraising transformation.
  • Outsourced Systems Administration and Maintenance – Oversee licensing agreements for the Federation acting as the single point of contact for users facing the outsourcing Fundraising partners
  • User Support and Training – Provide 2nd line technical support on all Fundraising solutions
  • Project Support – In collaboration with Project Leads and Stakeholders, undertake key technical project activities, meeting deadlines and quality requirements of the project team
  • ensuring that the reporting and analytical needs of Fundraising are fully embedded and managed within the Analytics platform of choice,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Positive attitude towards learning and sharing
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • Good all round technical knowledge and able to apply this knowledge in a fundraising setting
  • Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Experience to adapt to different contexts quickly
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context/environment
  • Proven track record and experience of working with systems, infrastructure, databases and languages
  • Experience of digital technologies and tools, having worked on a digital transformation project
  • Experience of working in the development sector, not for profit.
  • Exposure to Business Analysis methodologies and tools
