Project Developer Job. Human Asset

Our client, a leading construction and trading company is seeking to hire an energetic and result-oriented Project Developer who has demonstrated the ability to perform.

The Project Developer will be responsible for the development of new project opportunities in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Uganda) such as infrastructure field (Energy, Health, ICT, Maritime and Transportation); Gather and analyze information about new projects; Create, correspond & maintain network with concerned parties; Make a winning strategy on future projects and Support HQ’s sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
• Good proficiency to produce documents with Microsoft Office package
• 28-35 years old
• Positive attitude with integrity
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to travel extensively to other countries within short notice
• Reasonable proficiency to prepare documents such as a meeting minutes and analysis report
• Preferred for those who have experience in the tender/bidding procedure by governments or multilateral development agencies in the field of infrastructure
