Why You Should Always Plan For Your Job Search
By Perminus Wainaina
James had been working as an IT specialist for two years when he decided he needed change. At the beginning of this year, he knew he needed to move and get an opportunity that would challenge him more, and at the same time, allow him to grow.
However, at the peak of the Corona pandemic in April, his employer’s business was not doing well, and as a result, James was laid off.

You may have found yourself in a similar situation to James, or are thinking of making a move but don’t have a plan. What is keeping you from having a plan?
