Our Client Bring Global, is looking for an experienced Program Manager with significant exposure in delivering projects and programs in the digital financial services world, to enable Bring support new and existing program delivery requirements for their Digital payments business segment in the Africa, Middle East and Latin America (LATAM) geographical regions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define geographic relevant delivery models, aligned to our existing delivery methodologies to meet regional commercial objectives. Supporting ‘Glocal’ delivery models
• Plug in to existing running programs in our customer engagements in Sub Saharan Africa and LATAM regions
• Management of multiple stakeholders across program partners and execution of strategic partnership deliverables across these regions
• Align program deliverables to existing business units of Data Solutions and Bring digital

Requirements for the job

• Strategic Planning – Strategic view and align projects deliverables, carefully inculcating and advocating for urgency with regards to the Brings priorities in a given business period.
• Ability to form and present a clear vision and direction of business and the role PMO plays in delivery. Ability to see the big picture and effect of short-term and eventual fit and the effect to long-term planning.
• Ability to create and work with existing business lines of data solutions and Bring digital, as well as customer business segments to ensure meaningful work is performed by the right staff with exact capacity to handle needs. Ability to clearly draw out goals and team objectives that will be delivered within time and budget.
• Ability to instill an innovative approach towards problem solving that lends itself to entrepreneurship within the PMO team.
• Ability  and clear understanding of product development principles as a key facet in our organization and the effect it has on overall customer experience and positioning in the market.
• Ability to identify and advice on new product development, integration and impact to existing product lines.
• Ability to create and sustain communication lines and networks within and outside the organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly across the organizational structure sharing visibility of project status and impact to business.
• Fluent in English

Qualifications (Academic)

• Business degree preferred technical education and a background is advantageous.

Experience

• 10 years of demonstrated experience in program management
• 4+ years of experience managing a diverse team with demonstrable achievements
• Project & Program Management experience with a focus on cultivation of  a culture of governance, excellence through leadership and management of high performance teams (direct and remote)
