West Kenya Sugar Company Limited is the leading Sugar Company based in Western Kenya wishes to recruit competent and highly skilled candidates for the following roles in Naitiri Unit.

BOILER SUPERVISOR

Key Roles and Responsibilities for the position

• Ensuring that there is smooth operation of the Cogen through monitoring boiler parameters, coordinating shift staff and offering both precautionary and corrective measures.
• Ensuring that Cogen equipment breakdown is attendant to and offering prompt solutions to the same.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of boiler and its auxiliaries.
• 10 Years’ experience in boiler operation.
• Good knowledge of sugar industries and its operations.
