Key Roles and Responsibilities for the position.

• Coordinate pan boiling and crystallization operations at pan station.
• Ensure pan material striking, cutting and transfer is well managed to avoid overflows and drainage.

Qualifications

• Certificate in food science, Sugar boiling certificate course, Diploma course in Sugar boiling
• 5-8 years’ Experience as Pan man in sugar factory to run A-massecuite Pan.
• Good knowledge of sugar industries and its operations.
