Introduction:

We are a Live Band Agency. Basically, we identify musically talented people, nurture & train them, create live bands for them, get them jobs and manage all aspects of their careers.

The Lead Singer is required to be committed and reliable, learning new cover songs, coordinating band practice sessions, managing the band playlist and performing at our events on demand.

Job Title: Lead Singer & Performer

Job Description:

• Perform with any of our bands at our events – on demand.
• Coordinate band practice sessions. Send out songs to be practiced in advance to band members and ensure the songs are learned properly during practice.
• Manage the band playlist in gigs so that there is smooth flow in performances.
• Sing songs as a lead vocalist and back up other singers when necessary.
• Entertain: Besides singing, dance and engage with the crowd.
• Report on any issues affecting the band in timely fashion.
• Report on the state of the band & its performance.
• The candidate should be ready to travel around and out of the country from time to time.

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Singing Talent – Ability to sing at a high level.
• Passion for singing and music in general.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Having a ready extensive repertoire of cover songs is an added advantage.

No academic qualifications are required.
