Our Client is a leading provider of cleaning and hospitality, waste management, and pest control services in Kenya. We are looking to fill the position of Bid Developer Officer Position for them.

Position: Bid Developer Officer.

Location: Nairobi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting and leading the bids and proposals from identification through to
• Offer guidance and support to the bid team members throughout the tender
• Compiling company project references to showcase Company technical
• Developing strategic partnerships and consortium arrangements on
• Administration of internal tools for managing bids pipeline and experts’
• Documenting lessons learned for incorporating in future
• Updating the pipeline with the status of
• Leading in analyzing tender/client
• Lead in conducting tender workshops and formulating win
• Lead in elaborating/ composing responses to clients including requests for
• Leading and/or assisting in the technical writing of relevant bids.
• Development of proposal budgets and corresponding commercial pro-forms and

Qualifications.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area i.e., international relations, economics, business administration, environmental studies, social sciences.
• At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
• Solid experience in preparing competitive bids.
• Demonstrated experience as a proposal writer will be considered a significant
• Outstanding written and oral English language
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial performance, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial
• Outstanding attitude and good work ethic, accustomed to working under pressure towards tight deadlines: and
• A 100% team player, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative with
