Our Client is a Group of Hospitals currently seeking to hire a talented Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities

• Seek and Prospect new business in consultation with the Board and the Management Team
• Accountable for profitability, performance on set targets & budget management
• Responsible for creating and implementing the organisations work flow processes with assistance from the head of departments
• Report on the Financial Performance to the Director and Board together with the Finance Manager
• Ensure employees meet the KPIs
• Ensuring delivery of exceptional Customer Service by handling customer needs and handling the different queries
• Providing Direction and Leadership to the team: Ensuring clear focus on set targets and objectives
• Set Clear KPIs for the Staff and ensure accountability in meeting their set targets
• Conduct one on one meetings, appraisals, and any other disciplinary measures with the staff in consulting with the
• HR Manager
• Ensure clear communication of performance, targets through monthly meetings and proper communication channels
• Develop and monitor the organisations strategic plan and report relevant metrics to the Director and Board
  Manage Commercial Sales, PR, and Marketing to ensure revenue growth and margins are defended
  Report to the board of directors and keep them informed
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
• Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company
• Communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities, and the public
• Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy
• Champion for the adherence to good Corporate Governance

Qualifications

• Education; University Degree in a Business related course and relevant professional qualifications. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
