The Job

The Experiment Officer is responsible for testing new ideas for our Tiko Markets by implementing them in their area and measuring the effectiveness by collecting data and reporting on the User experience based on the ideas implemented.

• Setting up the entire ecosystem which is necessary to carry out the implementation.
• Working closely with local Partners you have identified, you will test new ideas and implement short-term, experimental projects.
• You can quickly identify if an area of a project is failing, and are able to implement any necessary changes in order to make it a success.
• You have a User-centric approach throughout projects, and can measure, test, and report on the experience of our users.

About You

You are Agile and have a User-centered approach, as well as being focused on design thinking and having an understanding of business concepts which will also be implemented.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar position – NGO/NPO Experience is advantageous
• Masters degree in a similar or relevant field is advantageous
• You are familiar with working in an Agile environment, and can adapt to change quickly and positively.
• You are located in, or willing to travel frequently to Machakos County.

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits, in Kenya is KSH 174, 900 per month – KSH 262, 350 per month.
