Our client, a Golf Club/Sports Club, is looking to hire for the following Positions.

 Job Title: General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the club.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
• Ensure full compliance to club’s operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Lead all key property issues including capital projects, member service and refurbishment.
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the club’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
• Manage on-going profitability of the club, ensuring revenue and client’s satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the club and management.
• Deliver club’s budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
• Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
• Prepare monthly reports and closely monitor the club’s business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
• Participate in final decision making of hiring key staffs.
• Coordination with HOD for the execution of all activities and function
