About the Role

Apollo Agriculture is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Data Verification Quality Assurance Agents. As a DV QA, you will be tasked with performing various tasks including performing call back verifications, ensuring the quality of data captured by the Data Verification team, conducting administrative reviews, and carrying out fraud checks conducted by Apollo Agents. Additionally, the role involves supervising the verification and pre-disbursement stages of the credit approval process for customers.

Location: Hybrid (Nairobi, Kenya)

Contract Duration: Short-Term

Reporting Lines: This role reports to the Fraud Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks on verifications, farmer documentation completed tasks and Fraud checks done by the call center agents.
  • Perform a gating function for quality of verifications, submitted information, documents. He/she will check KYC compliance, completeness of farmer information provided and proper execution of forms.
  • Provide MIS on quality of verifications through analysis, reports and updates for decision making by business.
  • Manage escalated  issues, queries and complaints as well as deliver high quality service.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the line supervisor..
Requirements:
  • Be a holder of Undergraduate degree or a diploma certificate 
  • Have a vast knowledge of Data entry and transcription
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail; must have eye for details, strong ability to scrutinize and examine
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Kiswahili. 
  • Self driven and able to work remotely under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Have full computer skills and a great familiarity with Windows or Ubuntu OS.
  • Have Knowledge on excel skills
  • Access to stable internet
  • High integrity and good customer service.
