Arprim Consultants is a busy Architectural/Construction Firm looking for a Services Engineer who can carry out both mechanical and electrical functions in different projects. He/she will be responsible for timely execution of MEP site activities as per the approved drawings, supervision of Contractors and sub-contractors on site, Supervision of all the MEP installation, testing & commissioning among other duties. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in Mechanical and Electrical systems design.
• Generate Mechanical and Electrical drawings from tender stage to as built stage.
• Assist in measurement and quantity surveying of Mechanical and Electrical services.
• Compile material schedules/ requisitions and support the rest of the project team in material certification and procurement for both Electrical and Mechanical works.  
• Quality control for Electrical/Mechanical services works in all sites.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 
• Minimum 5 years of work experience on similar projects. 
• Experience with Projects of different sizes, complexity, and contractual types.
• Understanding MEP design and constructions subcontract’s Terms and Conditions 
• Result Oriented
• Strong leadership/interpersonal skills 
• Positive Attitude and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills/a problem Solver
• Computer literate and well conversant with project scheduling 
• Highly flexible
