- Applicants must possess an earned Masters degree in Development Communication or related field;
- Applicants must be registrable for a PhD; and
- Experience in the industry or academia membership in a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.

Remuneration will be based on scales for the position to which one is appointed and the workload assigned.
