Experience and Qualification

• At least 9 years of relevant experience in a similar environment, 3 of which must be in clinical leadership
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy
• A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Licensed Physiotherapist actively registered with the Kenya Society of Physiotherapists

Desired Qualities

• Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to develop partnerships, consensus and networking at all levels
• Conversant with hospital management systems, agile and with strong reporting skills
