Wuerth Kenya is looking to hire a Key Accounts Intern who will work closely with our Key Accounts Manager and the sales team to assist in managing and developing key client relationships. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to understand customer relationship management, sales strategies, and the importance of key accounts in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Key Accounts Manager in managing key client relationships.
  • Support the development and execution of key account plans.
  • Conduct research on key clients to understand their industry, needs, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations for key accounts.
  • Participate in key account meetings and discussions.
  • Help in monitoring and tracking key account performance and satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis related to key account activities.
  • Assist with contract management, pricing negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Act as a point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
