Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Collection of data on housing up-to data on the housing database and establish the levels of demand and supply;
  •  Identification of land for housing development;
  •  Disseminating information on appropriate building technologies to stakeholders under the supervision of a senior officer.

Requirements for Appointment

  •  Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: – Sociology, Community Development, Economics, Statistics, Environmental Studies, Geography, or equivalent qualification from a recognized University;
  •  Certificate in computer application skills;
  •  Satisfies the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya

 Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable

Salary: As set by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).
