Applicants must possess:
- PhD in Procurement / Supplies Management and
- Three (3) years experience in Grade 13 or have acted as Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, Grade 14 for a considerable period
OR
- Master’s Degree with a bias in Procurement / Supplies Management and
- Five (5) years experience in Grade 13 or have acted as Deputy Chief Procurement Officer, Grade 14 for a considerable period
All applicants must be members of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (MCIPS)
