Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervision of various registries.
- Planning appropriate office accommodation for registries.
- Preparation and submission of budget estimates for the registries.
- Initiating appraisal and disposal of files, documents, and other records in registries.
- Supervision, guidance, and development of staff working under him/her.
Requirement for Appointment
- Degree in Records Management, Information Management, and Information Science.
- Attended a Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
- Must have experience of at least three (3) years in a comparable and relevant position in the public service.
- Demonstrated professional competence and administrative ability in handling records management work.
