 Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Served in the grade of Administrative Officer II for a minimum of two (2) years or other comparable and relevant position in the Public Service or Private Sector;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; and
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010; Integrity, Honesty, and Accountability.

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • An officer at this level will be responsible to the Senior Administration Officer for assigned administration functions.
  • Monitoring the achievement of divisional targets to ensure the realization of organizational goals;
  • Implementation of administration division resolutions and instructions of the Deputy Director of Central Facilitation Services for effective service delivery;
  • Supervision and provision of staff with visionary leadership that harnesses the strengths of individuals and promotes their performances;
  • Ensuring general cleanliness of the office to ensure compliance with the Occupation Safety and Health Act and the ODPP policies and to create a conducive working environment for the ODPP;
  • Providing travel assistance to ODPP staff as required;
  • Arrange office equipment and furniture to ensure the office is organized and that there is efficient utilization of space; and
  • Supervising the performance of staff in junior positions in the division.
