The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining operational procedures that are required to run the day-to-day activities of the Medicines business channel. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire operational experience within the company.

Job Description

• To inspect and receive incoming orders delivered to our warehouse
• Inbounding Inventory into the system with the right price and quantity
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals and always ensure a clean, well-maintained warehouse
• Picking and Packing; Fulfilling orders to ship to clients by picking the correct pharmaceutical products based on order specifications, and packing and labeling packages accurately.
• Maintaining accurate records of invoices and Delivery notes.
• Follow up order delivery timelines, inform clients of expected delivery dates, and handle any arising unfulfilled orders.
• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations for restocking.
