Job Summary

Optimise Outsourcing Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Content and SEO Manager to join our team and drive our content marketing efforts to new heights. As the Creative Content and SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our brand identity, resonate with our target audience, and enhance our online presence and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences, including content promotion across various channels (social media, email, partnerships) to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy that covers both content and technical tactics. 
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings and carry out the updates, working with the web developer.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyse SEO trends, and optimize content for improved search engine rankings and organic traffic growth.
  • Ensure content adheres to regulatory standards, copyright laws, and brand guidelines; oversee content approval workflows.
  • Work with the ecommerce executive to maintain product listings, keeping copy, imagery and video up to date and performing.
  • Ability to leverage the power of AI to increase production capacity of content. 
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify content gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms, and use insights to refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and storytelling across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to manage budgets allocated for content creation, distribution, and promotion activities.
  • Manage content calendars, editorial workflows, and project timelines to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Generate regular reports showcasing content performance metrics, ROI analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Explore and recommend innovative content formats (e.g., interactive content, AR/VR) and technologies to enhance user engagement and SEO effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops to upskill team members on content creation best practices, SEO updates, and new tools/platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in content marketing, SEO, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
