Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Architects to join our team, lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and client interaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our firm.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Take a lead role in overseeing and managing architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
• budget, and in accordance with client expectations.
• Design Expertise: Provide creative and innovative design solutions that align with client needs, project goals, and industry standards.
• Client Interaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and requirements while ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, including junior architects, designers, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in design and project deliverables.
• Code Compliance: Stay updated on local building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects adhere to the relevant standards.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional Licensure: Registered Architect with BORAQS and AAK.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a busy Architectural firm.
• Green Architectural certification will be an added advantage.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design softwares.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members.
