SunCulture Talent Aquisition Manager Job

About the role

We seek a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent mapping, employer positioning, sourcing, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talented candidates for various positions within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment team to build, manage, and maintain relationships with candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and work towards closing the talent gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Develop and implement a thorough strategic plan for achieving all recruitment and hiring goals using data to inform decision-making.
  • Set up the processes and systems that enable efficient hiring for each role.
  • Refine pre-existing (and develop new) selection tools to ensure alignment between how we hire and what’s needed for each role.
  • Manage a portfolio of open positions across the organization.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to design and execute a year-long hiring plan.
  • Manage other team members to fulfill each step of the process.
  • Design and implement innovative ways to attract and source top talent to the organization. 
  • Increase awareness about SunCulture and the career opportunities available.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and establish partnerships to expand reach. 

Systems

  • Maintain all ATS and Recruitment tools and propose better ways to enhance efficiency using technology.
  • Maintain an updated Recruitment tracker and input it with all the requisite data.

Compliance

  • Ensure that all job descriptions, interview trackers, and interview tools such as performance tasks are updated, maintained, and stored in the relevant team drives
  • Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.

People Management

  • Manage a Recruiting Team to meet the recruiting needs of the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in GSuite and management of robust ATS systems and recruitment trackers
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
