We are looking for a very talented, motivated, and forward thinking individual to actualize the PR, Communications, and Marketing vision for AA Kenya and focus on aligning all aspects of public relations, brand visibility, and reputation management with the strategic direction of AA Kenya. For appointment to this position, one must possess:
Minimum job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, or any related field.
- Qualified chartered marketers will be an added advantage.
- At least 8 years’ work experience preferably in a reputable firm, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- A track record of developing and leading teams to successful delivery of tangible value in a dynamic business environment.
- High level of commercial awareness and capacity to leverage expertise to generate sales.
Skills and Competencies;
- Market research and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze and appropriately respond to market research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
- Excellent project and events management skills.
- Excellent creative writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact at all levels within the business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills to build, enhance, and sustain team performance.
