Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development of the electric vehicle market in Kenya; Vehicle sales and key customer development.
  • Setting up a sales team and developing a management process suitable for the electric vehicles market development.
  • Developing agents and secondary distribution outlets in other cities.
  • Negotiating and cooperating with local financial and insurance institutions to develop customer loan service plans.
  • Establishment and management of customer consultation service process standards.
  • Effective management of vehicle stocks.
  • Develop and maintain strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Improve stock turnover ratios, reduce stock holding value, and increase sales to meet company objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferably speak a little Chinese.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in the automotive industry.
  • Driving license holder with driving experience of more than 1 year.
  • Familiar with automobile-related knowledge, laws and regulations.
  • Ability to perform market analysis, marketing planning, and team management.
  • Ability to develop customer resources and maintain customer relations.
  • Ability to build a sales team, manage and train team members.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
