  • The successful candidate will head the engineering department, overseeing management of new projects, technical improvements, and routine maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make project budgets and annual capital.
  • Maintenance of budgets.
  • Make and implement maintenance plans.
  • Ability to understand projects through concepts, designs, legal and other approvals,
  • Procurement of materials and outsourcing of relevant contractors.
  • Represent the company in technical meetings both internally and externally.
  • Report to the top management as may be required.

Skills & Qualifications

The job holder must possess:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience in project management, electrical engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Over 10 years of working experience
  • Demonstrable experience in managing technical teams and contractors.
  • Demonstrable people management skills.
  • The preferred candidate should be open minded and hands on.
