Our client, a leading Telco, is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the content writer & Developer role.

Job Description

The candidate must be able to work collaboratively as well as independently and often on tight deadlines to read scripts, and storylines to understand functional requirements, prepare content with raw designs to develop storyboards for the initial stages of production, create models, drawings, and illustrations electronically and in format to be hosted on learning platform. Incumbent to produce interactive and educational material for product and technical capability development. They will create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience.

The incumbent’s key role will be to work closely with Subject Matter Experts to curate digital and other content that will be used for product knowledge and capability building in the business either through facilitation or online, hosted on the company’s learning platforms.

The Content Writer and Developer should have the ability to blend his/her employer’s/client’s content guidelines with creativity and share in format that is valuable to target audience at all levels. A sense of curiosity to identify problems and commercial insights will be key.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Creation of interactive animated images and environment.
• Production of high-quality animations.
• Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative
• Designing animated videos and SCORM
• Designing models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects, and the animation environment
• Use technical software packages, such as Flash, 3ds Max, Maya, Light-Wave, Softimage and Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effects, Toon Boom, Articulate 360, Articulate Rice, iSpring etc.
• Building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame visuals
• Recording dialogue and working with other content team members to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters, and graphics) to produce the finished piece
• Research on industry-related topics.
• Create various content types (videos, PPTs, manuals, articles, etc) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
• Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts.
• Target content to a specific business audience and focus on relevant topics, especially Commercial.
• The role of an Animator requires storyboarding, drawing using physical and digital tools, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Content creation preferably in FMCG setup
• 5-8 years and above experience, Good in 2D & 3D animation, Good in voice-overs, Good with scormfiles
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Degree, or a related field
• Similar experience in Commercial (SnD, CX, Enterprise, etc) functions in experience will be an added benefit.
