Crestwood Supply Chain Intern Job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our supply chain team as an intern. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and business development. The intern will work closely with our Business Development & Administrative Department to support day-to-day operations and assist with projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, and supplier relationship management.
  • Solicit and negotiate quotations from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
