The candidate must possess:

• A PhD degree or its equivalent degree qualification in the following areas of specialization: Health Information Management, Data Science, Health Systems Management/Health Service Management, Strategic Management/Monitoring and Evaluation or any other relevant field
• A Master’s degree in the following areas of specialization: Health Information Management, Data Science, Health Systems Management/Health Service Management, Strategic Management/Monitoring and Evaluation or any other relevant field from an accredited and recognized university with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level.
• A BSc. HRIM degree
• Registered with the relevant professional body.
