Job Description:

We are looking for an ideal Digital Marketer & Content Producer who is passionate about managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms. This individual will be primarily responsible for maintaining our three brands’ social media accounts across all platforms which include, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing plan, engage with customers on social media, and contribute to blog posts and email marketing strategies.

We are looking for an individual who can handle and manage multiple channels at once, whilst also assisting the marketing manager with website content writing as well as email marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the company’s social media presence on all platforms.
  • Create social media posts including posts, stories, reels, and carousels.
  • Edit videos to produce social media content
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Interact with customers through social channels and engage with content creators, fostering a community of followers.
  • Organise and ensure that London-Building-Contractors produces content for social media.
  • Write, review, and edit marketing content including SEO-friendly blog posts and social media messages.
  • Contribute to the email marketing strategy with innovative ideas and content.
  • Analyse social media data to gauge the success of campaigns and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Stay current with the latest aesthetic industry news and social media trends, implementing these innovations in strategies and campaigns.
  • Filming weekly vlogs for all our companies
  • Attending site, and offsite meetings with the Founders to capture content
  • Consistently looking for opportunities to create interesting content for social distribution
  • Story building through content creation, editing, transitions, and copywriting
  • Edit video footage, audio, and graphics to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
  • Responsible for our company socials, keeping aligned with our brand guidelines and brand pillars to create community-focused content that converts
  • Improving the visibility and status of the company brand via marketing channels and new strategies with support from your leaders
  • Reporting directly to the MO and working alongside a small marketing team
  • Building posts for internal team member’s personal brands
  • Studying social media platforms through news, updates, webinars, courses etc.
  • Ability to get involved in other marketing tasks such as, writing blogs and other design/ marketing projects

Skills

Essential:

  • Experience in creating social-first content
  • Experience building social audiences across multiple platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and culture
  • Understanding of social performance tools and analytics
  • Strong copy-writing ability and experience
  • Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills preferable
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using social media management platforms
  • You have experience working across different social media platforms
  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, either through academic projects, professional or personal work.
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or other editing tools) and video codecs/formats
  • You must have experience in creating content for online social distribution
  • You must have a keen interest in copywriting to create compelling social captions and thumbnails
  • You must have an understanding of all social media across the board and a keen interest in learning how to utilise and optimise the platform
  • You must have an understanding/keen interest in personal branding
  • You must have graphic and design ability with experience on Canva
  • Creative person who enjoys thinking outside of the box

Preferable:

  • Experience of using scheduling and social listening tools
  • Experience in a publisher or magazine environment
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Understanding of SEO principles, not mandatory but preferred
  • Experience:
  • Social Media Executive or Marketing Executive (2+ Year)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Facebook Ads Experience (preferred)
  • Google Ads Experience (preferred)

Education:

  • College-graduate or equivalent (preferred)
