Duties & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Project Identification

• Proactively sourcing potential projects from various online platforms
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure potential projects are feasible and align with company capabilities.

Consultant Engagement

• Reaching out to consultants to discuss and secure their involvement in upcoming projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a network of professional consultants

Partnership Development

• Initiating contact with potential partners for collaborative research projects
• Executing strategies to foster long-term partnerships aligned with company objectives.

Proposal Development

• Contribute to the crafting of compelling and tailored proposals to pitch to potential clients.

Conduct Market Research

• Identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes within the industry.

Desired Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. (Optional)
