Lao Mai Holdings Pharmaceutical Technologist Cum Sales Attendant Job

The incumbent shall sell Pharma and non-pharma; beauty, health, and wellness products to our clients at our retail shop. Shall command excellent knowledge coming to supplements and pharmaceutical products. 

The Employee’s typical duties shall include but will not be limited to the following;

  • Cross-sell beauty products (e.g. serums, body lotions, deodorants, toners, cleansers, fragrances) of different brands.
  • Cross-sell pharmaceutical products (different drugs) of different brands.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
  • Requisition of drugs and other related commodities. Place orders for stock replenishment to the pharmacy store to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Storage of drugs and health-related commodities. 
  • Dispenses medicines and related commodities. 
  • Ensuring economic use of equipment and supplies.
  • Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and also educate them on how to use different products and in what order.
  • Keep track of stock levels. Monitor stock levels of pharma beauty products/accessories and place orders to ensure no stock-outs.
  • Participate in regular monitoring of drugs for expiry
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of products on the shelves. Rotate beauty products on the shelves regularly and maintain attractive displays at all times.
  • Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store.
  • A Diploma in pharmacy 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Retail is desirable
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering required reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Customer service skills to put clients at ease.
  • Sensitivity and understanding towards your clients’ needs.
  • The ability to work well with your hands for giving treatments.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to explain treatments.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Good time management
