Architect Consultant (Mid-Level- Experienced) Job Farsight Africa Group

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Documentation:

• Create architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and local building standards.
• Maintain organized design documentation.

Site Supervision & Coordination:

• Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure compliance with designs.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers to resolve on-site issues.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Gather project requirements and provide architectural guidance.
• Communicate design concepts effectively in project meetings.

Training & Capacity Building:

• Conduct training sessions on architectural design and site supervision.
• Develop training materials for local teams.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Submit regular progress reports and project updates to the Senior Project Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Training in site supervision is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and site supervision.
