The Role

As Manager – Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations to meet the company’s ambitious goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute significantly to the company’s growth in the competitive building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research and develop targeted marketing plans
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Provide coaching and guidance to develop team skills and achieve objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably B.Sc. in Mechanical & Electrical
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
