Our client is a pioneer and leader in the building industry, known for their high-quality products and innovative solutions. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Sales to join their team and drive continued success.
The Role
As Manager – Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations to meet the company’s ambitious goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute significantly to the company’s growth in the competitive building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research and develop targeted marketing plans
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Provide coaching and guidance to develop team skills and achieve objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably B.Sc. in Mechanical & Electrical
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Capacity to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
