Sales Representative- Solar Equipment Job Topking Tyre Center

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to help us promote and sell our solar products to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell solar equipment, including solar panels, inverters and batteries to potential customers.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and the various products available, explaining how they can reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach potential customers, including residential communities and businesses interested in solar solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for solar products. Proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and market trends related to solar energy products. Provide feedback to management on pricing and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions, maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are understood and met effectively.
  • Collect and report customer feedback regarding solar products to help improve service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a relevant field. A Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products, including solar panels, batteries, and inverters, with the ability to explain their benefits to customers, or a willingness to learn.
  • Prior exposure to solar products (e.g., batteries, inverters, and panels) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with local marketing strategies and outreach.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or experience with customer management software is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
