Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and activations
  • Handle event logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and on-site management.
  • Attend activations, engage with potential clients, and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, involving the Head of Sales as needed.
  • Aid in the development of marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, and digital content.
  • Collect data on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for future activities.
  • Maintain an updated client database and assist with follow-up communication to drive conversions.
  • Monitor competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
  • Commitment, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings for events.
