Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and activations
- Handle event logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and on-site management.
- Attend activations, engage with potential clients, and generate leads for the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, involving the Head of Sales as needed.
- Aid in the development of marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, and digital content.
- Collect data on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for future activities.
- Maintain an updated client database and assist with follow-up communication to drive conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
- Commitment, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings for events.
