Duties and Responsibilities
This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- Providing first level support to end user devices;(ii) Carrying out routine checks of ICT equipment;
- Maintaining cleanliness of ICT equipment; and
- Reporting any faults for further action.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- or its approved equivalent;
- Diploma in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, or any other Information Communication Technology related qualification from a recognized institution.

Candidates are requested to download the Application for Employment Form from the County website: Download the Application form thereafter they should complete the Application for Employment Form and attach copies of the following documents:
- National Identification Card; and
- Academic and professional certificates.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce their original identity cards, academic and professional certificates plus other relevant documents in support of their applications.
