Job Purpose

  • Ensure consistent customer experience, drive customer centricity, and optimize brand awareness through CRM insights and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling brand messaging and positioning.
  • Use CRM analytics to refine customer communication.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans.
  • Handle customer queries and improve satisfaction strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead product launches.
  • Optimize marketing spend and track expenses.
  • Report on customer trends and campaign performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • CIM certification is an added advantage.
  • 3+ years experience in a brand or customer experience role (Hospitality Industry preferred).
