Job description:

  • Team player.
  • Prepare three-course breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and drinks for sundowners.
  • Cleaning up picnic baskets after sundowners or bush breakfasts.
  • Creating recipes that are delicious and cost effective.
  • Preparing a variety of juices, salads, appetizers, main meals, desserts and pastries.
  • Liaising with clients to understand dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Fluency in all courses, multi-cuisines and vegetarian and vegan food.
  • Cooking different foods and cooking styles.
  • Sourcing specialist ingredients.
  • Prepare meals on timely basis.
  • Preparing ingredients for the meals.
  • Sourcing for ingredients and drinks for clients.
  • Ensuring the table is well set for the meals, plating and serving.
  • Observe cleanliness.
  • Ensuring that you have enough stocks for all the items.
  • And any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts or any other related field.
  • A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
