Job Overview

As the Hotel Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, guest services, and reservations in our 4-star hotel. You will lead a team of front desk staff to provide excellent customer service to our guests and ensure that all front office operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all front office operations including reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and guest services.
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, such as occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage the front office budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in front office management in a 4 to 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera PMS, preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
