Job Description:

Mulberry Growers is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding both local and international markets for our company’s products. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape in both local and international markets.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and sales approaches.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mulberry Growers’ presence in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other potential partners.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Mulberry Growers’ products and services effectively.
  • Create compelling sales presentations, marketing materials, and product documentation to support sales efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address any concerns to maintain positive relationships.

International Market Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into international markets, including market entry strategies, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute international sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales volume, and market share, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
