Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This may include answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, databases, Traceability framework of Produce and filing systems. This could involve entering data into spreadsheets or databases, organizing paperwork, and ensuring that documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This may involve communicating with clients, suppliers, and other departments within the organization.
  • Bookkeeping and Finance: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing expenses, and managing petty cash. This may also involve assisting with payroll administration and budget tracking.
  • Office Policies and Procedures: Enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. This may include developing and implementing new procedures as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating office events, meetings, or conferences. This could involve booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating schedules.
  • Project Assistance: Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management. This could involve conducting research, preparing presentations, or coordinating project logistics.
  • Operations coordination: You will also be responsible in carrying out various assignments in the field and run errands as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
