Project Management Jobs In Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction and interior design projects from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
  • Handle client communications, including progress reports and addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction and interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
