Both positions currently report directly to the Country Director, the Agent will be expected to be able to cover a number of fields including Office, Retail, Light industrial and Residential; the Analyst will perform detailed acquisition, development and operational analysis related to these sectors and generating market data and intelligence on related assets.

The positions include researching and analyzing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries to enable decision making; and Designing, amending and updating models and producing outputs for external and internal purposes as specified by the director.

Real Estate Agent Job Requirements

• Self-starters with a team player mentality and strong communications skills.
• Sense of urgency and strong initiative
• Prior experience in an analyst and agent positions related to real estate or similar industry
• Strong analytical skills
