Baristas Job at Leading Restaurant

A leading restaurant and cafe specializing in pizzas, pastas and salads is currently seeking to fill the positions of experienced Waiters, Baristas and Riders.

Roles for the Baristas Job

• Must be able to communicate fluently to clients and be able to recommend to them the products/drinks which best suit them.
• Ability and previous experience on operating a coffee making machine
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company’s recipe and/or client’s directions
• Wine, cocktails and alcoholic drinks knowledge is a must
• Clean and sanitize the equipment, the working area and the sitting area in accordance with the current sanitary rules;
• Periodically check the equipment and ask for fixing or replacement when malfunctions are observed;
• Train new baristas for smooth accommodation and efficient collaboration.

Baristas Job Qualifications

• Certificate for a barista course a must
• Hospitality course
• Previous experience in a similar role in a well known Establishment
• Fluency in English language
