Responsibilities for the Temporary Staff

  • Ensure general cleanliness of the facility including high dusting for offices, washing and hoofing of carpets, dust office furniture and equipment, washing of the restrooms.
  • Preparing and serving tea as well as collecting and washing all the dishes from the offices.
  • Maintain general cleanliness around the office by collection and disposal of litter;
  • Moving or carrying office equipment, furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement.
  • Prepare meeting rooms
  • Collect and dispose of waste including papers and ensuring general proper sanitation.
  • Performing kitchen inventory stock taking
  • Maintaining documents regarding cleaning and kitchen matters
  • Informing management of the need for repairs
  • Ensure the offices are opened early in the morning before the arrival of the other members of staff and close the offices. Report incidences appropriately
  • Ensure all the windows and doors are closed at the end of the day
  • Undertake any other activity as assigned

Qualifications for the Temporary Staff Job

  • KCSE certificate
  • Certificate in Computer Packages
  • Training in health and safety/catering
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Good communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure
