To be an Admin Assistant, the minimum educational qualification is a diploma or professional qualification in business administration. However, some employers may prefer applicants who have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Admin Assistants must be perfect in Computer literacy with Knowledge of MS-Office applications. They must also have strong interpersonal skills, strong initiative and ability to handle complex assignments with a proactive attitude.
