Job Summary

This is a leadership role which is responsible for conceptualization, creating and developing programs / content for TV as well as supervising a high performance team of producers.

Responsibilities

• Make and execute time sensitive decisions, with precision and excellence
• Supervise a team of producers, production assistants, always leading by example
• Develop and implement strategies for award winning, creative and compelling content
• Identify and implement emerging technologies and new media that can be adapted to content production
• Manage the content production process liaising with different sections for efficiency and overall output
• Quality Control – preview shows before they’re released for airing
• Develop new ideas for shows each quarter and ensure revamp of existing shows with new and creative ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years relevant work experience
