ADVERT NO. NG-CDFB/026/2022: MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER – NG-CDF SCALE 6 (3 posts)

Responsibilities

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will report to the Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation and will be responsible for the following: 

  • Prepare Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) work plan;
  • Receive and analyse Monitoring and Evaluation reports from the field;
  • Initiate periodic reports and forward to the senior M&E officer;
  • Participate in preparing budgets for the division;
  • Undertake Monitoring visits and prepare reports to support decision making;
  • Initiate communication on the findings of the M&E process to the respective constituency committees and follow up to ensure corrective action;
  • Maintain up to date database on status of project implementation for constituencies;
  • Prepare quarterly project implementation status reports;
  • Participate in the preparation of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework;
  • Prepare results-based mapping on Monitoring and Evaluation activities; and
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Clearance from Kenya Revenue Authority;

Clearance from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);

Clearance from a reputable Credit Reference Bureau.
